Suspended, For Now

The holidays have come and gone. I haven’t had any post since before Christmas. Updates I have a lot. I was just not posting it here.

More than a year had passed since I started this thing called blogging. That was September 2007. A lot have happened since then. Most of you are privy to all of them. So I won’t reiterate them again.

This year I have launched a new site, I Am Buraot, where I plan to incorporate all of my personal, literary, and political articles into one. It would be like a come as you go site for me. Everything and anything that concerns me or whatever fancy me. But mostly, I will write articles the same way I am writing stuff here.

Am I leaving this site? Honestly, I am not sure yet.

One reason for creating a new site is my own personal evolution as a blogger. People grow. And this is part of me growing. Another is the technical stuff. There are things that are just not good enough with blogger, so I moved with wordpress. Besides, I needed to host my own site, rather than use what blogspot has to offer, even if it’s free.

I also found it hard to balance maintaining several blogs and a real job.

But I still can’t find the courage to totally leave this site and delete it. This is where I and everything started. It’s always hard to let go you know. So for now, I will leave it at that. Decisions can be made some other days.

For now, I will be actively writing on only two hosted sites, the Anak ni Kulapo, and the new one, I Am Buraot.

I would like to thank everyone for the times they have shared with this site. I probably will drop by, from time to time, for some announcements and maybe to provide some helpful information.

I am not hitting the delete button yet, but officially, this site is now self-suspended until further notice.
