Of Diet and Exercise

One reason why my gout flares up is due to my diet and lack of exercise. I am sure of that. Even if my doctor said that it was hereditary, I should have watched my diet. My fondness for beef, and nuts, and fast food, definitely is the main culprit.

Science and conventional wisdom dictate that it is the ultimate key to a better health… proper diet and exercise.

It was years ago when I had an exercise. Not just those push-ups and lousy stretches, but real exercise. My busy schedule and my job was my excuse. I know, it was a lousy one too. But could you blame me?

By standards, I am not really that overweight. But I am constantly worrying about my weight each time I look at the mirror and see that extra chin. I worry about stroke that unfortunately killed a few people I know.

I thought about those quick fixes that are so popular these days. Not lypo or stuff like that. At least not yet. I am thinking about Diet Pills that would help me lose some weight and keep my health in check. Of course, it should come with a healthy diet and exercise.

But for busy people like me, a little bit of help wouldn’t hurt.

But with all the diet pills and supplements on the market today, how would I know which one is good for me? Which one actually works? And which one is affordable to my budget?

Other concern is the safety of the product. Most manufacturers, not just drug companies, spend a fortune trying to market their product. Most of the times, it will be backed up by numerous studies to show its effectiveness. But everybody is different. That includes our bodies and metabolism and such. And I don’t want to do the trial and error here. My health is at stake.

So before I decide which one to buy, as with everybody else, I did some research first. I found this site, www.consumerpricewatch.net, which fortunately has reviews on the pills that I need.

So before buying those Diet Pills you have seen on TV or in an infomercial, check the site first. It wouldn’t do you any harm.

And try to get that exercise, will you?
